One of the greatest draft finds in NFL history, Jethro came to the Cowboys in the 11th round of the 1965 draft. Although he never was selected as and All-Pro or to a Pro Bowl, many in the media felt he was the greastest lineman never to have been selected to these honors. Playing left tackle next to Bob Lilly for many years, most people don'r realize Jethro led the team in sacks for 5 consecutive years from 1968-1972.
